Boombasket Shipping Policy

At Boombasket (Boombasket.in), our Shipping Policy explains how we deliver customer orders. A shipping policy essentially outlines how orders are shipped to the customer and sets clear expectations. Below we describe our shipping locations, delivery timeframe, options, fees, tracking, and procedures for lost or delayed packages.

Shipping Locations

Boombasket ships primarily to addresses within India. We have nationwide coverage – from metropolitan areas to remote villages – and there are no regional restrictions on delivery. In practice, this means we deliver to all Indian states and union territories, including P.O. boxes and rural/remote locations. (If a postal or courier service can reach the address, we can ship there.) We currently do not offer international shipping; all orders ship domestically within India. As recommended for shipping policies, we clearly specify our shipping regions and note that we have no extra exclusions.

Coverage: All of India (domestic only).

Special locations: P.O. boxes and remote-area addresses are serviced.

Restrictions: None on delivery locations (aside from being within India).


Delivery Timeframe

We process and ship orders promptly. Once you place an order, our typical delivery schedule is:

Processing: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after you place the order (we do not count weekends or public holidays as business days). For example, orders received by 5:00 PM on a business day will generally ship the same day or next business day.

Transit: Standard shipping delivery takes 5–7 business days after shipment.


This means customers can usually expect their Boombasket orders to arrive within about 7–9 business days of purchase. We state these estimates upfront so you know when to expect your package. (If an order is placed right before a weekend or holiday, there will be a slight shift as we begin processing on the next business day.)

Shipping Options

We offer only standard shipping (no expedited or express options) for all orders. In practice:

Standard Shipping: Delivery in about 5–7 business days after shipment.

No Express Shipping: Expedited or next-day services are not available at this time.


All shipments are handled by reputable domestic carriers. We do not commit to a single courier—our fulfillment team chooses the best available service (e.g. national postal or courier) for your location to ensure timely delivery.

Shipping Carriers

Boombasket partners with leading shipping carriers in India (for example, India Post, FedEx, Blue Dart, DHL, etc.), selecting the carrier that provides the best service to your region. We do not list a specific carrier in advance because packages may ship via different services depending on the destination. Rest assured that each shipment is tracked and insured to meet our delivery standards.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders that meet a minimum order value. The current minimum amount (as shown on our website at Boombasket.in or in your shopping cart) qualifies the order for free delivery. In other words, qualifying orders ship at no additional shipping charge. We prominently communicate this free-shipping threshold during checkout and on product pages as an incentive. (Any order that reaches the minimum value will have its shipping fee waived automatically.)

How It Works: If your order meets or exceeds this value, standard shipping is free. Otherwise, a standard shipping fee applies (shown at checkout).


Order Tracking

To keep you informed, tracking numbers are provided for all orders. After your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email containing the carrier and tracking link. You can click this link to see real-time status of your shipment. We encourage you to use the tracking info to monitor delivery progress.

Confirmation Email: Sent when your order ships, with the tracking number and delivery updates.

Online Tracking: Track your package on the carrier’s website using the provided tracking code.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we strive for on-time delivery, sometimes delays occur due to factors beyond our control (weather, carrier delays, etc.). Boombasket’s policy is to reship any order that is lost or significantly delayed:

If your order does not arrive within our stated timeframe (5–7 business days after shipment), please email us at boombasket@gmail.com as soon as possible.

We will investigate the issue with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost or inordinately delayed, we will prepare and send a replacement shipment at no extra cost to you.


Our shipping policy explicitly covers lost or damaged orders and how we handle them. In short, you will not be left empty-handed: we stand behind your purchase and will work to get it to you. (Be sure to contact us with your order details so we can resolve the issue quickly.)

Shipping Restrictions

There are no special restrictions on shipping addresses for Boombasket orders within India. We deliver to standard street addresses, apartments, P.O. boxes, and even remote locations, as long as a courier or postal service can reach it. We comply with all Indian shipping regulations (meaning we do not ship prohibited or hazardous items) and follow the usual carrier guidelines. Other than the geographic scope (India domestic only), customers face no additional shipping restrictions.

No Location Restrictions: All reachable Indian addresses, including P.O. boxes and rural areas, are served.

Regulatory Compliance: We only ship legal, non-prohibited items as per standard shipping rules.
